Second Friday Sound Bath
Friday April 10, 9-10 AM in Berktold Hall

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are bathed in therapeutic sound waves from instruments like singing bowls, chimes, shakers, and voice. Allow the resonant frequencies to gently guide your brain into a relaxed, prayerful, stress-relieving state. All are welcome at this free offering led by parishioner Jessi R. Bring a mat, pillow, and/or blanket or use one provided, or sit in a chair!

Holy Curiosity
Wednesdays, 10:30 to 11:30 AM

Join in an exploration of the appointed lessons for the Sunday following our time together. We begin with a reading of the scripture using a variety of Bible translations. Feel free to bring your own Bible, though not necessary. We explore using an ABCD method. What in the reading Amazes you, Bothers you, causes Curiosity for you, Delights you? See you there!

Yoga of Presence
Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 AM

Led by parishioner Pam B., this yoga class concentrates on breath with movement, bringing the mind into the present moment. Bring a mat or use one provided. All are welcome to this free offering.

Worship With Us

Sunday In-Person Worship Service Schedule

We have worship services at 8 AM, 9:30 AM, 11 AM, and 1:30 PM (en español), with Sunday School and nursery during the 9:30 AM service. All our worship services have their own unique characteristics. Please visit our location and times page for details.

St. Mary's Episcopal Church has been in downtown Eugene for over 150 years to worship, serve, and grow in faith. Guided by the teachings and life of Jesus Christ, we value community, inclusiveness, compassion, our living tradition, health, and collaborative leadership. Everyone is welcome to worship, serve, and grow in faith at St. Mary's, no matter what age, ethnicity or race, gender identity, sexual orientation or economic or social circumstances.

Whether you are looking for a church home or a place to worship while visiting Eugene, we hope that you join us for one of our weekend services. Worship at St. Mary’s is diverse, from traditional to innovative, from quiet and meditative to noisy and energetic.
