What is Lent Madness?
Lent Madness is a unique, March-Madness-inspired Lenten devotional brought to us by Forward Movement. Several years ago, St. Mary's decided to play along as a group, as a fun way to learn about the saints and raise money for St. Mary's ministries!
Why Participate?
For starters, it’s a fun way to learn about the saints. Also, it’s a fundraiser for St. Mary’s children and youth ministries - half the proceeds go to the kids while the winner gets to choose which St. Mary's ministry wins the other half!
How Do I Participate?
1. Go to the Give page: www.saint-marys.org/give Choose "Give Now" to be taken to our secure giving platform. The Lent Madness option is in the "Special Requests" section. $5 for one bracket (one chance to fill in all the matches and predict the winner) OR 5 brackets for $20.
2. Once we receive notification of your donation, you will receive an email with further instructions.
What is the Deadline to Participate?
You need to make your donation by Shrove Tuesday, March 1.
