Now, more than ever, in this time of lost jobs, lost homes, and lost community, children need to have a special holiday season. We are calling on all of you to help make this happen for 150 children in the EC Cares and Direction Service programs. Here are three different ways to participate:
Make a monetary donation and we will do the shopping. Send a check to St. Mary’s or make your donation online, with HO! HO! HO! on the reference line. A stocking can be filled for $20-25, but any amount, large or small, will help.
Become a shopper. Contact Dcn. Nancy Crawford at Nancy@saint-marys.org if you can shop with some of the funds received. Let her know your preference for age and gender and she will try to match you up.
Shop with your funds for one or more stockings. Contact Nancy and you will be matched with age and gender of your choice. Stockings may be picked up at the church before shopping, or after shopping when you deliver the contents to the church. We can make those arrangements via email.
Let Nancy know now how you would like to participate; names, age, and interests will be emailed to you starting the weekend of November 13. Most stockings need to be filled by December 6.
